1. Delivery methods

  • Delivery services Nova Poshta : delivery time is 3-5 working days.

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather, holidays or customs delays for international orders.

2. Delivery cost

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order. The cost of delivery is displayed when placing an order before the final confirmation of the purchase.

For orders over UAH 2,000, the manager may request an advance payment of UAH 300 . to the account of the FOP

3. Order processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day from the date of purchase. During peak seasons, order processing time may take a little longer.

4. Shipment tracking

We deliver to the Nova Poshta department you indicated. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for loss or misdelivery of an order due to the customer providing an incorrect address.
